Heavy headed and shortness breath acid reflux

Hi can any one help me abour this feeling its like on and off what shoukd i do?

My throat burns from reflux. My doc said over the counter acid meds, no caffeine, no smoking, and not eating too close too bed helps. Good luck and best wishes.

Me81 have u feel that the same feeling like me? Shortness of breath and feel something in my throat heavy headed, it may cause of acid reflux? Or else im just want the answer. Im searching for it. Hays. I do that no caffaine no eating before go to sleep sometimes my feeling is ok sometimes not like on off..
