Other explanations for pains?

I would like to try and think more reasonably, pains in my chest arms shoulders back jaw i immediately think heart attack which is worrying so I was wondering do you get this and these pains? What do you think if you do? What is a more reasonable explanation? Also do you experience muscle twitches? Thankyou in advance any help appreciated xc

I get those pains Hun, it really is anxiety ... Muscle tension.

It can be sore at times but you have to learn to relax and take deep breaths. You'd be surprised how often we walk around with our shoulders hunched up!!

Try and take 10 mins and do some breathing exercises. Xx
