just got headspace for 1 year, listening to it today, both fell asleep & missed an appointment, were 20 mins late, will have to be careful when we listen to it in future, hope you are all well. love jasper xx

Sit in the garden .. It lovely hearing the birds

Oh and make sure you have a blanket, just to keep the chill off x

Headspace forJasper! Must have been good ! Would be lovely if you can't sleep at night.Nice day to sit in the garden?try Scotland,really cold and heavy rain off and on today.People wearing hats gloves and scarves .
