HI Kazza and welcome. We are a great bunch here and always willing to help, with any anxiety related problems, we can give some great advice bar medical as we are not qualified x Yes read some posts, and share your feelings when you are ready no rush. It can be very daunting when suffering from anxiety/depression but you have found a place you can feel welcome and share in this daily battle x I am not to sure on the wording clinical depression, however I do feel we are not labelled here we are just individuals in a battle x Donver xx
Thank you for that I had to sit with 2 people doctors from mental health they asked me questions and in the end said that I'm what they class as clinically depressed sometimes you feel like everyone against you I get paranoia a lot don't know why I lame myself for my children having mental health probes too as I feel if I hadn't been this way maybe they wouldn't anyway il read a bit on here talk in a bit
Hi Kazza,
My advice is to take one day at a time and to try and live as much as possible in the moment. I know that this is difficult and sometimes we have to plan ahead but try and appreciate each little thing. I'm not sure whether mental health is herediatry or not but if so this is not your fault we can not help what we pass on in our genes.
hope your having a good day.
MR
hello Kazza,

Hi Kazza and welcome, you'll find everyone here friendly and helpful. Xx
All us anxiety sufferers experience depression and sleeplessness...goes with the condition. It does get better though so just bear with it. The only thing I've found that helped (despite taking meds.) was Zen Buddhism which is not a religion - just a philosophy on acceptance. Accept the worse you feel and the consequences and it actually disempowers what you're most afraid of.
hi kazza, welcome to the site, hope to see you posting soon. xx jasper
