I gave up work a year ago due to my health problems and like you my anxiety came on, having the time to think and dwell is not good. Wondered how you cope with it. I can't seem to motivate myself at all.
Hope you've had a good day. X
I'm kind of retired and have heart trouble and anxiety but I was a legal accounts manager for 25 years. ...boring! !!

I think I have the best job in the world, I'm now a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, but it took me a while to realise what I wanted to be. I have been a professional bass player, actor (some say I still am), Parts Sales Co-ordinator, Telesales Executive, problem drinker (I think that's the new term, and that really is a full time job), volunteer counsellor, Customer Relations Executive for the CEO of an Insurance Company (the most stressful job I've ever had) and a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities (a great job).
