Hi adele

I replied on your last post even though I was late with my reply :-o

I haven't took these meds but hopefully people that have will see your question & have good advise for you

I think though with most meds they can have side effects but if they do they usually wear of after a few weeks & even if one person doesn't suite a certain med this doesn't mean another wont find them useful

I hope these will suite you & look forward to hearing how you get on with them :-)

Love

I take propranolol. And to be honest I've had no side effects atvall. Hope you find that they help. I am certainly lost without them. Sometimes I have thought that they weren't doing anything and tried without. ..but then realised that they are keeping my anxiety at bay. Lets know how you get on. Luv kath xx

Hi adele.

I'm on 20mgs 3times a day. I don't really know how much they help me when im in a state of panic. But I find that they help with the internal "jittery" feeling I used to have..... hard to explain. ..... kinda fluttery feeling in chest and thoat. Feeling that I was physically shaking.....altho it wasn't visible. I know there are all anxiety......so it never alarmed me....I don't have health anxiety. But it made me feel unsteady..giddy..nauseous. ....so propranolol takes away those feelings for me.

However we are all so very different. Sometimes I think that I'm ok and don't take them. ..but without them these physical symptoms all return.

Hopefully u fine them helpful too. Take care

Hi have been on propranalol bout ten weeks 40mg once a day not sure wat they do for me but no side affects . Have tried diff times to take them. Find my symptoms worse late in the day so the later i take them the better this seems to help with the dizzys best for me.
