Hi why why i am looking forward to it now I've done the first step booking the tickets the next is actually the day I go just hope I don't get to anxious I havnt done anything for about ten years so this is a big step for me xx

You have done the first step & it was a big one !

From booking my tickets to actually going I think it was some where between 3 to 4 months

In between that time I did keep getting the jitters as I have agoraphobia & had no clue how on earth I was going to do it , cant manage town & this meant a 2 hour or more journey & then been in crowds !

But I knew I was going with my daughters & son so I kept focused on that as well as the end prize been Will-i-am in my case

The fear did keep trying to creep in but every time it did , I would say I am not going to worry about it now , its months away , I can change my mind at anytime I want , feeling I am in control really helps me

When it got to the day I really thought I couldn't do it

So many times I was walking round the house saying I cant do this I am not going , it is to much !

Then I told myself well just get ready & I did & then my daughter came & I just found myself getting in the car

Once there , it was like I didn't even notice the amount of people as I was only focused on one thing seeing Will

Excitement out weighed anxiety , people said it would & it did !

For the first time in years for those few hours I felt anxiety free , that's why I say now he should be on my repeat prescription

I have nearly all the concert in clips I had my son take while we were there & when I watch them back I think how did I manage that but I did & I no you will to & the memories well no one takes those away & they are there then forever !

You come on here we will help you & believe me you will do it

The concert isn't till July so I'm sure I'll be coming on here a lot it's nice that people care x
