Sharp sudden headache and I heard crackling noise with it is it anxiety? Been a bad day. :((

Been a stressful day and a bad week so far. Yesterday I choked on a hard sharp tortilla chip so today my throat was getting these sharp sudden pains then right now I was washing dishes and I felt a sharp lighting headache on my left side at back top of head with it some cracking noise and it was in the head not neck.

Well its good you realized the crisp cut your throat as I have had it happen with crisps & chips before & panicked as I hadn't known why my throat was hurting !

It is a tender area so will be sore but will settle down in a couple of days

I have HA & used to react with every ache & pain I got , in fact I used to be at the doctors with every ache & pain I got which was most days !!!!

Over the years though I have realized & it has taken some doing that we will get sensations & yes it can make us panic but if it is not happening all the time its will be nothing & I say that to myself when I feel something now & its helped to calm my HA down

The feeling you had in your head I have had it before , don't know what it is or what causes it someone may but it has always been nothing , I am sure you will be fine

I've had it too and I think it's when the pressure in your middle ear changes suddenly.
