Chest wall inflamed - Ouch!

After being a moody cow all weekend I went to the doctors today. It seems chest wall is inflamed. He checked my heart and lungs out but all good, thank god. He told me it will be ok soon but is deep heat needed? Wasn't given any pills to help me out. Advice would be good

Do you have one of those microwaveable heat pads I found that helped a lot as well as Voltarol gel. Hope it gets better soon.

Glad you saw the doctor , I know it wont take the pain away but you know what is wrong which helps to give us peace of mind

I am glad I went today. It took my mind off it now but the pain is shocking. I also told him about the lightheaded flu thingy, it's something a lot of people will get. Happy Xmas he joked lol
