Anxiety

Major anxiety all day today,been sleeping badly lately,woke up in a panic ,every little twinge or anything unusual I'm worrying myself sick,I hate these short dark days,so depressing no sunlight ,I was ok yest with my friend shopping ,but again I'm alone and very scared,will things ever improve for me?

HI Meg x Sorry to hear your having one of those days x I think straight away when we have a bad nights sleep it sort of sets up the anxiety for the day x Have you maybe thought about being tested for s.a.d? if you don't already suffer x If the shorter darker days seem worse for you it may be worth checking x I hate being alone to x Its awful more so this time of year x But as long as you have this site think of it as not being alone as you have lots of good friends here to chat to xx Hope you fee better soon xx Donver

I have ha anyway ,but winter is llways bad for me,I seem to get every bug going round

YES THEY WILL!!!. i had the same night last night meg...these short winter days are the worst..hang in there post to this site often and you will be able to unburden yourself..dont try and do this by yourself......

Yes I do ,do that ,no matter what time I ome on here I allways find a friend to chat too in my darkest hrs

Hi Meg,

Sorry to hear you have had a tough day with anxiety. I have been the same today I have not slept well last couple of days and I felt on tender hooks all day. I have no one to tell how I am feeling which makes me scared also.

I know this is a passing phase as I have felt like this a million times before, and it will pass for you also. Best thing is to come on here and post away so you know you are not alone.

I had a really good week last week but I tend to forget all that when I feel like this and it is horrible. I hope we both get a good nights sleep and have a better day tomorrow.

Oh sorry you had a bad night

I no that feeling when you get a twinge here & there & its night time & you feel afraid

You do so well & had such a lot to deal with but I no this is going to get better for you

Keep waiting for that day bev,couldn't even make church this morning ,and it was the nativity service,so badly disappointed and so fed up with it all
