I walk my dog hard for four miles every day through rough woodland, and go to the gym three times a week, and sometimes the exercise certainly does pull back my anxiety.

I go to the gym regulary and it really does lift up the anxiety. Its like a drug to me, as my partner calls it 'a quick fix' .

I feel withdrawal symptoms if i dont go just for 3days.

I try to walk as well when i can.

I try different exercises, swimming and classes so i dont get bored.

So keep it up Bigguy!!!

Hi bigguy

I agree, exercise definately helps the anxiety. My anxiety gets in the way sometimes, but if I do manage to get to the gym I find it really helps
