Hope everybody has had a managable day if not a good one.
i'm off top a Zumba class shortly, not that i feel like going but i have no other choice if i want to stay sane. Its like a antidote to anxiety and i'm so used to de-stress this way that i suffer ' withdrawal symptoms if i don't exercise for just 3 days. My BF says its a 'quick fix'
