Had a lovely evening out with the family at community fireworks event at the school...not a hint of my anxietal friend - even queuing at the bbq...I was really happy (appreciate feeling normal I suppose)...even if the kids get everything and I get half a sparkler and half a can of coke
right now Boots, can see you from the kitchen window - I'm coming for you...

I can go out o.k most times but the first floor of boots has been making me feel sick, I went there again today and only feel sick there so I know it's anxiety, hopefully if I go there a few more times it'll get better...best be careful though as I bought 3 kids dolls whilst there and was looking at a lot of the kids clothes

Hi there,
Am glad you had a lovely night, yes it is nice to feel nice.
I watched lots of fireworks the other night from the bedroom window local school down the road, hopefully next year I will go down there and see them close up.
So nice to read post of people moving on and being happy.
the OH bought home a slip for the xmas lights switch on at the precinct where he works - and I'm actually thinking of going in a positive way, that's new for me in recent months - looking for excuses to GO somewhere rather than not go. I'm sure you'll get there next time - good luck.
