Myoclonic seizures/jerks

Hi All.,

Me again panicking as always...

Now I think im having some sort of myoclonic seizure, I feel like for a split second my neck tenses and I go dizzy.. I don't know if this is anxiety or worth going back to the doctors with?

It's just it's this split second dizziness which is worrying me x

If it makes you feel any better I've had a lot of dizziness over the last few days. I just put it down to tiredness xx
