Hi
Have you had your bloods tested lately , for Iron & things
With you struggling with your eating that could be a cause
Well anxiety really does drain us all dealing with it & I can only suggest that maybe a mulit vitamin , plenty of rest & keeping up your eating , which you are doing brilliant with & slowly your energy levels will come back up again
Someone might have some better ideas though when they read this
Love

could be iron, ive been eating more greens and nuts and red meats, I think some is anxiety and sat in doing nothing, its an effort moving off my sofa lol, but moday I felt fantastic full of energy, its weird xxx
I am always tired. I have started taking a multi vitamin. I think stress is very tiring as well. Perhaps a herbal supplement may help you sleep. Let us know how you get on
I spent most of last year feeling really tired. In December I had a fall down the stairs, broke my ankle and ended up having to have it pinned in hospital - during the course of that the bloods showed that my B12 was low. I now have to have shots every 2.5-3 months. I really notice my energy levels drop after the 2.5 months - my last shot was on Wednesday - in the morning before the shot I was managing to do things but they were a bit of a struggle - and the previous 2 weeks I'd been feeling ready for bed about 1600 but after the shot it was 1700 when I looked at my watch and I was still full of beans and still am.
Please go to your doctor - there are a lot of things that could be causing the drop in energy levels. I was lucky - my inability to absorb B12 through the diet - which must have started last year - was spotted really early before there were other problems like anaemia. Hope this hasn't frightened you but I really do think that is the right starting point. It's quite possible that it may show nothing but just in case.
Maybe you should check your thyroid hormones ? Lack of magnesium is very bad for people who suffer from anxiety/depression.I feel tired too but it's depression.take care
