Feel shaky

Had a strange night which has left me feeling very shaky inside,I start counselling tomorrow so don't know if that was on my mind,kept going to sleep then waking up suddenly feeling very anxious.when this happens its leaves me feeling detached the next day,hoping this cbt will sort this out x

Hi Lynne

Sounds like the CBT is playing on your mind , i am the same when something is happening & I have that feeling of apprehension , I can go to bed wake up feeling all anxious & then i realize I am fretting over something

I am sure once you have been this will settle down

Hi thanks for replying as much as I didn't go to bed thinking about cbt,it must of been somewhere in the back of my mind.hate it when I wake up feeling shaky and detached and I have to force myself to get off the sofa,il keep you informed how I get on,thanks again x

I no what you mean , I can be like that , & think I am sure that wasnt playing on my mind that much , but some where, I realize it must have been

I am sure everything will go OK & this will benefit you & be a good thing

Hi there,

I feel like that at times.. It's not nice. I have suggested a couple of apps that you can use on your phone on this forum... Calm.com and Head Space. I use both of these and find them a great help. Give them ago. Xxx
