I've found a Buddhist centre in my city where they offer meditation classes. I'm not a buddhist but i want to try everything to tackle my anxiety will let you know how it goes. Hope you all are having good day xx

It's worth a try , I wouldn't mind going. The thing is to keep an open mind which you are doing, good luck
