Headache Subsided

Thanks for the support Igot yesterday glad to say head a lot better todayjustvery lethargic and neck stiff and shoulders ,having just done ironing probably not helped got a tens machine on.Has anybody used them.

Tension is very common & I get it a lot in my shoulders & back when I am feeling anxious as well as standing ironing as that doesnt help , hope you have got it all done now & can relax a bit

I have never used one of those machines , I have heard they are suppose to be good , you will have to let us no if it helped
