Having a lovely day today, really calm and no pressure. I didn't go into town although I walked the dog instead!

I am thinking though what can I eat that is sweet when there is nothing in the house!

Town doesnt matter , you are taking control & you got out taking your dog a walk , well done you !

OK we have a problem then if you want something sweet , but dont have anything

So do you have cereals in they can be sweet

I no you bake , have we time to whip up a cake ?

OR ...have you a corner shop , would you feel up to a little walk & reward yourself with a treat when you get there or hubby said you could have a reward maybe he night fetch you something ?

What's wrong with sugering up the pooch then lol, no I'd rather have a cupcake with butter icing anyway, or a muffin, I'm easy lol xxx

Well done winter, it dosent matter that you didn't go to town, little steps at a time, and very pleased you have the support from hubby that you deserve. Very well done for today winter, onwards and upwards winter.
