Cant explain what I feel.

Always feel so lonely, I have this feeling of emptiness in me and I just feel scared and alone as well as sad and emotional. I can't understand, feel like something is missing in my life and I'm scared I may never get that missing thing to make my life complete. I'm just so scared.

Do you know anyone to talk to it can really help , there is nothing to be scared of it will get better x

Dont be frighten,there is nothing to be scared of.

Try writing things down like how you feel ... what you want out of life...things like that. I do know how you feel though ive been through that and believe me,you do get better.

Have you got family or a close friend to talk too?

Have you been to your doctor? If you haven't try that but please remember that we on this forum are always here and we help each other. Hugs xxx
