Pulling the plug.

Don't know what's been happening of late but if the site is closing I just want to say a big thank you to all those who have helped me along the way and those that have kept in touch, you know who you are. Please message me if you want my Hotmail address before they pull the plug!

What will I take from my time on here?

* I've met some amazing people through this site, real true friends; yourself very much included.

* I've had more practical guidance from the people on here than I had in three years of counselling. From Jonathan and Baylien especially I leave with the knowledge that it is possible to recover and the certainty that I will be well. For someone who bearly remembers her life before anxiety that is beyond price.

* I've been understood, supported and held up like never before. To the wonderful ladies who held my hand (virtually) all the way to and from Manchester - you made my trip and I'll be forever grateful.

I'll leave stronger and I hope my presence here has helped and strengthened others.

Oh and message me if you want my email to keep in touch.
