Swaying Motion?

Does anyone else experience a swaying motion when they are walking or standing up,its not dizziness.Thank you.Teabags

Does it feel like your brain is swimming around in your head ?

Its because I ask as I get this & its vertigo , also when I am walking I can feel even though I am walking straight I am swaying

Iv had it,doc said vertigo,an inner ear thing,got buccastem tabs,cleared up pretty quick

I have these symptoms sitting down or walking around..its the worst feeling in the world.
