My weekend away.....

Got to destination without a hitch , felt good about that.....

went out Friday evening with my friend for a meal that was nice....felt tired but ok..

.went to the birthday party last night, don't normally drink had a little too much was a good party ...regretful today of drinking slightly too much i don't usually drink much...as its brought on some anxiousness and worrying....as i was meeting up with friends id not met for ages one of them asked about my job so i told her about how i suffered with anxiety/and lows....conscious that if id not had a drink i wouldn't have told so beating myself up about that really, my emotions were high think i made myself sound like a victim,

At my friends today, she is understanding and I've slept and chilled most of the day....homeward bound tomorrow....hoping to feel slightly better......I was hungover today and I know that. Makes me low and anxious...seriously considering not drinking at all in the future, don't drink much now but, not to drink at all would be best I think,,,,

Mixture of feelings now....a little anxious about the return journey, as its a long one...

Yes I guess overall it's been a good time...and I've achieved a lot.....

Just deciding what time to head back today...it's a lovely day for the drive at least..
