May be you feel this way as you are going back to work

You are going to feel anxious , this will be one of the biggest things you have done since recovering , you are normal to feel this way

I no its easy for me to say , as I am not the one that has to do it , but take each day as it comes

Once you have got through that first day , your confidence will build

I bet it wont be as bad as your head is telling you , you could even enjoy it & everyone will be pleased to see you

You have the site , during the day , if you need some support , just try & blog , people will be here for you

Good luck & let us no how you go on

Well done for coming this far

Love

As with me, it comes in waves!! Just try and ride the storm and it will get easier! Hard to hear, but it is true!!!
