Heart palps

Today has been the worst day for my heart jumping all over the place...I'm sitting at my desk in work and every few minutes I think "ooh am I having a heart attack"

I mean I know I'm not but my mind is away on another planet

I do this all the time and as much as i keep tryin to tell myself its nothing I just know im gonna panic :/ x hope you can take your mind of it and enjoy the rest of your day easier said than done i know x

Yeah it horrible. I would rather take the stomach churning over the heart palpitations. I know it's just nerves but there's always a wee vice in the back of my mind sayin "what if what if what if" lol x
