A ‘Relaxathon’ at the Forum in Norwich this weekend (Sunday 28th April 2013) offers local residents the opportunity to chill out while also supporting the country’s leading anxiety disorders charity, Anxiety UK.

Hosted by stress consultant Judy Reeves the free drop in session will run from 11am until 3pm on Sunday and will offer a selection of relaxation and wellbeing techniques to help people unwind, feel calmer and sleep better.

Judy, whose clients have included Suffolk Social Services, West Norfolk Health Authority, Norfolk Health Authority, will bring her expertise in anxiety and stress management in exchange for a donation to Anxiety UK.

Anxiety UK CEO Nicky Lidbetter said: “This is a really novel and innovative way of raising money for our charity while offering Norwich residents a terrific way to chill out on a Sunday.

“We’re extremely grateful to Judy for utilising her skills and experience in such a novel way to support us.”
