Loss of appetite upset stomach

Has anyone ever went periods with have a very low appetite until there stomach was upsrt and they felt the vomiting urge , if so what did you do to regain your appetite and relax your stomach?

mylanta alleviated nausea for me. Drinking smoothies helps when you don’t want to chew food. Hope you feel better soon.

if you don’t want to make smoothies, you could buy Ensure nutrition drinks over-the-counter at a drugstore. But if you have migraines, the artificial sweetener in Ensure could trigger migraines. That’s why I made my own smoothies with milk, fruit, vegetables and protein powder.

Medication for anxiety helped bring my appetite back.
