I have bipolar with schizophrenic traits, I also suffer from anxiety and depression. I have been feeling sad lately and I don't know why. It's frustrating cause I can't pinpoint a reason. Has this ever happen to any of u? What did it take to snap out of the depression?

I find that depression is like that. Sadness as one of the symptoms appears for no reason, that is something in our environment hasn't triggered it. One mindfulness trick is to acknowledge its presence and watch it float off on a cloud. The other is to take your attention to something. It could be a art or craft, even going for a walk.

Don't forget to mention this at your next mental health consult. Putting thoughts in a diary can help with recalling the times and dates with your feeling and what you did about it.
