i have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for most of my adult life. They come in clusters not necessarily for a specific reason.

I listen to meditations online, call a friend who knows my journey well, do breathing exercises and take klonopin now which helps with the symptoms

Would love to hear some of the ways you work through your panic attacks and the treatment you use to help understand/lessen them

I’m not a doctor, but just sharing what has worked best for me. I take an SNRI called Duloxetine. I’m on a very low dose. It helps me immensely with panic disorder. I know we can’t take benzodiazepines all the time so maybe you want to try a consistent medication? It’s not without side effects, but nothing is. Anything is better than panic in my experience. I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this
