Here’s to No worries

I found this quote:

“Worry doesn’t empty tomorrow of it’s sorrows. It empties today of it’s strength.”

Here’s to a Happy New Year with less, if any, worries, anxieties, depression and other ailments.

Wishing everyone all the best happiness. A lasting one.

Great quote, and very true.

If only I could do more to stop the worrying!

Hi BigCatSkills,

Have you tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)? One of it’s techniques is to replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

For example, is the thought you are worrying about really going to happen? And even if it does happen, will it be as bad as you think?

This is a simple example. There are therapists that specialize in CBT. And, it can be as effective as and in conjunction with medication.

I found it to really help. And I hope that you find some relief and peace of mind.
