Driving Anxiety

I have a fear of driving in certain areas and it is ruining my life, any treatments or suggestions?

god I wish I had advice. I haven’t driven by myself at all since March, and although I’ve driven since with people in the car, it now feels like I can’t do it at all. I’m lucky enough to have family members that will drive me to appointments, but I rarely leave the house and it makes me feel so isolated.

I worry something medical will happen to me while driving and I’ll harm myself or others. Too scary to be the only thing between a 1 ton vehicle and possibly someone’s life
