I am severely depressed due to medical conditions and loneliness. I cry all the time. Can't seem to shake it off. I am by myself. No support system. Have long covid.

There is hope though 💓🎉 You don't have to suffer. What I experienced was total doom. Paralyzed in a corner and difficulty breathing. It was horrible. I cried, hid in closets & isolated myself from the world.

I too suffer with Many health issues and 60 yrs old. My quality of life Was non existent. Thank God it's not that today.

Effexor helped tremendously! I am no longer taking Any "psych" meds and live humbly and grateful. Knocked at deaths door too many times. What I did was cry out to my God. He saved my life. (No offense) My truth. Anyway, medications, meditation, healing music, or your choice, relaxation, earplugs, rain storm on Utube. Effexor helped me 15 years. Finally weaned off (since 2010 and try to live humbly. Pain daily and diabetes (insulin dependent) can depress me but I don't stay in that place. I'm glad you reached out. I'm lifting you up in prayer and sending positive vibes your way. Put yourself first and Know you can overcome Anything.
