I am a 63 year old that has been dealing with depression for several years. Only recently (last few years) have I begun to acknowledge to myself how much it has robbed me of the joys of life. I am looking forward to interacting with others on this site and hopefully learn from them new tools to use in my battle with depression. Thank Health Unlocked for providing a safe place to openly share my pain.
