Thought prompts.

Each morning a mindfulness prompt lands in my inbox. Sometimes I read them dutifully, sometimes I let them pile up. Either way they offer the opportunity to break anxious cyclic thinking and some comfort.

Would anyone be interested in my sharing some of these? 🪷
