I sometimes look back over my life, and think of the times someone has gone out of their way to be kind to me. Don't underestimate the healing power a small act of kindness can make to someone's life.

Thought for the day

Beautiful thought. Thank you for sharing 💜
I was just yesterday remembering a stranger’s kindness that meant a lot.
Let’s be one of those people!
Yes that is a poignant philosophy to follow. At the Senior living community where I work, they serve meals for the residents and employees. I had returned to work after being out with a virus for a few days. Still not feeling 100 % , I ordered a cup of Minestrone soup. One of the dining room servers brought me a big bowl of hot soup. It was the best thing I had ever eating at my jo. This kind gesture made my week and brought me back on the road to recovery.
One act of kindness goes a long way in healing the mind, body and spirit.
Feel better soon Shnookie. xx
Every kind act remembered, I still remember shouting to bus driver 'I want to get on' and he waited for me to cross road and board. Bigger things, are always good memories like when doctor goes out of his way to make sure you are alright. So many things, friends do also like giving you extra help.
