I got out of bed which was very hard today, did 3 dishes and am going to try to go the grocery in a bit! And going to try really hard to go for a walk on this beautiful day 🙂👍

made it to the grocery, washed bed sheets too. Even played fetch with the dog! Now I’m sitting outside in the beautiful weather with a bowl on popcorn! lol

It is important to get up each day, because otherwise your Sanctuary can become your prison. Exercise daily is vital to your health and wellbeing.
I used to be a nurse, but I am retired now, but you don't take off the knowledge with the uniform. If you stay in bed your muscles will tighten and your bones will weaken, as the body will leach the calcium from them, making you old before your time. I have seen patients who took to their beds and ended up looking like spiders, unable to straighten legs or arms.
Don't want to scare you, but it is important to keep moving. I would suggest you see your doctor and see if there is anything to help you.
