I wanted to say Hi. Glad to know I’m not alone. Seasonal Affective Disorder and anxiety seem to be creeping in on me again. Also still dealing with traumatic grief as well. I’m glad to know there’s others out there. I’m calling my Therapist on Monday. It’s definitely time to return.
