Hey I’m new here

Survivingtheworld__ profile image

Hello...I’m new here and kinda desperate to relate and not feel alone. I’m battling with things and trauma I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. my depression is seemingly out of control and I’ve been staying stable enough by being on Clonazepam but I don’t wanna get addicted. The coronavirus and isolation makes it hard to function too I’m in my head 24/7.

hello!

I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through. I wish things were better for you. But I'm afraid I don't have any useful advice to give.

Isolation is hard. But know that you're not alone.

If you need someone to talk to, or have a chat with, I am here.

take care.

Hi Dear, I am on the same drug. The trick is to ONLY take it when you are having an emergency. Try your hardest to get through your bad moments until you are positive that you need one. Also, depending on the dose, you can take a half. I take the smallest dose and a half works for me. A lot of time our mind just needs that life raft effect of knowing that some relief is near. You are not alone. I have had severe anxiety and depression that rendered me unable to do anything; eat, sleep, talk, sit down, drive, I literally mean anything. I came through on the other side. Never give up the fight and try to remember what matters the most to you. I promise you will make it.

Hi. Sorry to hear how you’re feeling. I’d try something, anything, that can help you focus on something else for a short time. Have you tried meditation? Also I really like this podcast by Dr Puff.

Keep your head up we are similar in ways although I dont know. Posting and talking to others on here has helped alot. I have been battling severe anxiety for a bout 1 year and it has caused me to go into depression where some days i barely move off the sofa. I have been taking cbd oil and it has helped tremendously with my anxiety i have slight attacks but not nearly as bad as they were. I am now working to battle the depression but what i have learned is getting out the house and exercising works wonders. I know its hard but I pray that you will get better soon. Its hard when your young and friends and family just understand how terrible it can be sometimes.
