today I didnt show up for myself and let anxiety take hold. It all started with how I was unable to sleep at night feeling restless waking up vomiting, it felt like my body was going through a lot.
so today I just stayed in bed. Feeling v confused. Taking my meds, hopefully it will get me enough strength to fight back.

I know that feeling of restlessness. I try to practice my Dare book by Barry McDonagh. To just allow this uncomfortable sensations. And accept that I will not go to sleep right away. So I just watch a funny show or listen to music.
