Im 65 have multiple heath issues cropping up in addition to Anx , Dep and Ptsd.Every relative i have left has rejected me and screamed at me. They can all go to h_ _ l!!!
I hope WW3 starts so I can have the pleasure , even if only for a second see the entire planet go up!!!!!
Feeling the downs! Definitely! My family get me down, I make great effort but they just using me. I feel like broken toy, that people just want to throw away. Starting to think therapy would help me but too expensive and they just want full time wages
I have actually said that to my husband. I am 63 and my health, physical and mental have been going downhill since I was 50. I like your honesty.
Sorry you don't have the support of your family. Mental illness scares many people. I myself am scared for suffering with it. There are other options besides your family, like reaching out here, find a good therapist, perhaps a support group near your home. Maybe that will help you feel better.
