I was having a dark day yesterday and I write to thank each and every member of this Forum who took the time and care to listen to me .

I have come to realise each one of us have challenges be it mental or physical and by helping one another in the true spirit of kindness and compassion can make a huge difference to know you are not alone .

It happens. We just have to remember that dark days don't last forever.Sometimes we keep things bottled up until we can't take it anymore and it just comes pouring out. Anyways we've all been there.

I'm glad you are feeling better too, I've taken a step back from the main boards, as I've had a lot on my plate and it has taken it's toll on me. My son's discovery of his diabetes and a friend with a severely autistic child have been taking a great deal of my time and energy lately.
