Today's view

Here's a view over the river Clyde, tomorrow's cruise 🛳 liner is the Queen Mary in her full glory,it's been a busy summer schedule, I prefer watching the aeroplanes ✈️ especially the Airbus A380, had the privilege once seeing concorde at Manchester Airport as a child, many a happy day plane spotting, and have flown on numerous planes in my years 😀

aeroplanes used to fly over but since they built Terminal 5 HEATHROW AIRPORT they have different route and sleep better

Although nowadays sleep little as poor diet lack of exercise etc

Went on weekend coach trip when I was a child, just me and my elder brother, Went to Luton Airport, Gatwick and Heathrow, extremely tiring but seen loads of planes, yes I know trying to stay healthy is a priority, it's nutrition for the body and the brain, I sometimes look at foods and it puts me off it, I used to cook when I was with my family, but those days are long gone,ah well thanks for your reply!!!

Mine is microwave these days

Fish and vegetables mostly( the new me on strict diet)

Family cook brown rice and chicken

So I do get change once in while

Yes fish is meant to " brain" food, I've tried numerous types of fish, used to work in a chippy as the head fryer, cod, haddock and halibut which is rather expensive, love tuna and salmon, and prawns or scallops, I hope your diet continues 😊

" summer " 🤣 that was cancelled in May when the highest temperature reached 25c , plenty of rain, no need for sun cream, Wellington boots and umbrella's are ordered for the constant rain!!! 🤣

Such a shame, do feel sorry for you!Not too bad a summer in the southwest England. Have known worse.

When I've visited Scotland its been in April/ May and its been hot , better than England. Strange isn't it?!

Madness, it's been ideal weather for those pesky midges or knats as some folk refer to them, honestly this is the worst weather I've known up here and that's over 20 years now, if and I say if lightly when the weather appears up here its absolutely stunning, the sun or at night time it's still fairly light, and then it's appearing at 4am, the air feels warm and it's full blast with the sun beating down on you. I feel that the seasons are changing, and its either hot on one day and continuous rain the other, oh well let's hope winter isn't a bad one 🫣🤣

Much the same here in Wales! Really not the best summer.
