Hi Prabhu22ap, I think the tiredness is a side effect of the drugs you are taking. I have had similar experience and it stopped when I was through with the medication. Then I was feeling dizzy, drowsy and tired. I will therefore suggests that if you are taking the medication for a long time then try to explain the situation again to your doctor if there is an alternative drug he can prescribe for you.

Hi CindyKatherine, once doctor changed the tablets with that I cannot able to walk due to extreme fatigue. Again shifted to these tablets. But these tablets are causing confusion and tiredness. How did you overcome this situation. Have you done any sort of meditation while on taking these tablets. Thanks

Hello prabhu22ap. I'm not familiar with the medications you are on, I did look them up and noticed that they have some common ingredients of Anti-anxiety medicine here in the US.

Those medications are known to cause drowsiness, but if you're feeling too drowsy, let your doctor know. Also, it may take some time to get use to the medications before the side effects subside.

Still, I would suggest contacting your doctor about this, maybe they can explain more about how these medications are supposed to help you. Best wishes!

Hi BlueAgave, I contacted the doctor he said that these medicines are good but when I asked him about the tiredness etc he said it is normal and giving me ivfluids. So I don't know what to do. Looking for an alternative to overcome this. It is affecting my work as it is making me very confused and restless and no one is believing me seriously what is happening with me. Thanks

I'm sorry the doctors aren't helping. Are you able to get therapy for your anxiety? It may help to figure out what is causing your anxieties so at some point you may be able to stop the medications.

yeah that’s the problem with medications. It can cause a lot of side effects. I used to take Prozac and then trazadone to help my sleep. I quit taking the meds and I’m able to sleep well. I would recommend doing cardio, avoid caffeine and alcohol. Also limit intake of added sugars and refined Carbohydrates . The sugar and carbs can mess with your blood sugar levels causing you to feel anxious and then crash
