does anyone else feel like they don’t understand social cues? My anxiety gets bad and I cant read their expressions or what they mean when they say something. Like telling a joke but no one laughs, was it funny or not. I notice myself when talking to someone unable to read the situation. Like if someone gets quiet I don’t understand why. So my anxiety gets worse and I start talking even more. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yea and then I was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. I’m told that we usually don’t just have anxiety. Anxiety is connected to something else like adhd or ptsd or ASD. And then the results of not dealing or coping with these things is depression.
