Hot sweats and anxiety and very tearful.

I have been on sertraline 100mg for many years and now added 10mg Amitriptaline and due to a blip in life my dr upped Me to 150mg Sertraline I wasnst good so the dr dropped me to 125mgwhich I have been taking for 2 months. I am struggling with very hot sweats day and night its so bad it drips from my face I am also very weepy. Dr says its my medication and anxiety that is causing this. But this started before any adjustments to my medication my dr is not listening to me.

Are you by chance in perimenopause or menopause? Maybe see a gynecologist, could be hormonal.

No I have passed menopause

There are way too many doctors that simply don't listen. Advocate for yourself because no one else will. I hope you get it all figured out! Wishing you the best!!
