Just put on 5mg Buspirone twice daily and 20mg Fluoxetine for panic attacks and anxiety. Day two and very weird feelings. I can feel anxiety and my jaw is so clenched it hurts. Insomnia and a fear of sleep now? Anybody else have that experience and can share? Any tips to lessen side effects?

Please contact your provider and share these side effects with the doctor.

I started on 5 and every few days I increased slowly to 15mg. twice daily. I cannot take ssris so I have had to go up to 45 mg. twice daily and I have had no side effects. I always had trouble falling asleep so I take zolpidem as well. No interactions.
