Victim of a strange condition

Hi, I go by Hieu. I experienced anxiety attacks for so many years. My doctors gave me 2 different kinds of medications without success. I decided to reach out to this community to share and learn from people like me of how they control this problem. Nice to meet you all.

Hi hieugomeister and Welcome.

You know as a long time sufferer of both Anxiety & Agoraphobia, I learned that it takes

a combination of methods/tools to break the barrier of this fear. Medication is always

a given along with talk therapy. That's basically just to get started in breaking down the

fears and addressing the root of the problem.

Once that is achieved, then we need to find other solutions to work well with reducing

our stress, our anticipation of fear and practice it daily. These tools along with meds and/or

therapy can eventually help you reach your goal.
