I'm feeling stuck today. Stuck with how to manage both anxiety and depression. For anxiety I like to go home after work, zone out with tv and phone scrolling. I don't have the energy to go out and be social or make new connections in a town I moved to about five months ago. I'm pretty much solo, which is fine, I really do like alone time. Of course at some point it does get lonely. On the weekends I sleep up to 10-12 hours a day and usually feel physically rested by the time Monday comes around. I work in a call center resolving customer issues that leaves me drained by the end of the day. And by the end of the work week, i'm mentally exhausted, I feel like I'm barely a person, plugging along on fumes. On the weekends while I want to make new connections, I also struggle with social anxiety or at least it feels like it. It's hard to motivate myself to put myself out there or get out of the house. I feel like an engine that won't turn, if that makes sense. I just can't get going and stay moving forward.
Can anyone else relate to this? Or have any advice?

Your struggles sound very familiar. The work/life balance is very difficult to juggle, throw in anxiety and depression and things get more complex.
My suggestion would be to try and get up on Saturday and engage with the world somehow. That could be something simple as taking a walk, asking a co worker if they would like to meet for a quick cup of coffee, something to get you up and out.
Maybe save Sunday for your day to relax and sleep in.
