hi everyone!

just read all of your sweet comments on my last post and they brought me to tears. I am so thankful for all of you and this wonderful community. You have no idea.

that being said, the cruise has been…rough. First night was okay, a little rocky after boarding. Yesterday was my worst nightmare. We had terrible waves. Barf bags were out everywhere. Pool decks were closed bc water was sloshing out of the pool. Events outside were cancelled. I took my motion sickness medicine. If you know me my biggest fear is throwing up. I actually threw up. It was a tough day. Today it is WAY more calm. I feel the boat moving still but I honestly think it’s in my head from yesterday.

Despite all of this I have been eating and keeping busy. Tonight we are getting dinner at a restaurant then going to a comedy show. Tomorrow at 8am we dock in Bermuda where I will be on land for 2 and a half days (yay!). We leave Bermuda Friday at 3pm, and we sail that evening/afternoon and all day Saturday. Just one and a half days at seas, where as at the start we had two and a half. I’m hoping the return is nothing like the first day was. I’m very worried about that. Also kind of worried about how I’ll feel when I get off the boat. Will I feel sick because the motion will have stopped? I just don’t want to throw up again.

I will update when I can but again thank you all so much. I can’t express how grateful I am

Hi there, so great to hear from you and that you are coping with everything so well, sometimes we don’t realise how strong we really are until we test ourselves, which you are doing now, and youre ok 👍

Have a great time in Bermuda, how lucky are you x

Wow! You're doing it! And despite the rough take off. You'll definitely be fine once on land and on the beaches. Enjoy the rest of your trip! Excited to hear from you when you're back ❤️❤️

Good on you Daisy425! I share your fear of vomiting. I'm working on trying to get over it. But remember you weren't the only one that was feeling sea sick. There's no shame in it. So don't shame yourself about it. Also it didn't last forever. It was just a rough seas.

But now it's smooth sailing literally.

Enjoy yourself!

I'm proud of you 🥲

Now go work on getting that summer glow tan in Bermuda 🫂❤️ ⛱️ remember to wear sunblock!
