Crisis

Mom's smelly, she explained to me she's drinking a childhood drink with gross things which means making an alibi which means it's worse alchol. Also her terrible music so loud that i can hear it through the headphones. I hid in the bathroom as we don't have rooms. I need to take my meds but she's there and she calls them drugs. My stomach hurts like hell. I'm hopeless

Thank you. Idk, im panicking. Mom smells like alchol so bad 😭 it's triggering me and idk how im supposed to sleep in the same room. Idk whether i need/can find another place or shall ignore her or what

Got like 3 hours...when mom's home. When she's at work i sleep 12 and get 0 alone time but now when she's qt home all day, i got 2-3 hours of sleep

Please take a deep breath and know that you are not hopeless. From what you described you are overwhelmed. Can you take your meds regardless of your mom’s comments? If she’s drinking alcohol she probably isn’t rational right now.

She smells so bad. It's too late. I'm overwhelmed indeed. I took those that are for night but idk about day ones

There's nowhere to go, i tried staying in the kitchen but the smell was chasing me and it was uncomfortable
